The Chamber's Education committee is an integral player in business/education partnerships.  They feel no issue is more pervasive and more demanding of Chambers of Commerce than the issue of workforce development.  Therefore, they have established a partnership between the Chamber of Commerce, Onslow County Schools and Coastal Carolina Community College to implement a School-To-Work program called JobReady.
