SERVE - PROTECT - PROMOTE

We like to sum up the benefits of Chamber membership under those three words. We serve our members and the community, help to protect our business climate and quality of life, and help you promote your business.

SERVE: The Chamber serves as a clearing house to help you and to provide access to valuable resources, education and information. Through partnerships with education and government organizations, we are able to connect members with training, resources and useful information they need. We are a "front door" to our community - new residents and new businesses alike come to us for information, referrals, and assistance as they become established in the community.

PROTECT: The Chamber works to protect the interests of its members on local, state and national levels in a variety of ways. We provide information to members and the community, through Forum Onslow, regarding important issues that impact our community and our businesses. Members are informed about troop movements and expected population changes. We provide a collective voice to make a difference in our community and to help protect the interests of business owners. We provide relevant information that impacts businesses in our area.

PROMOTE: The Chamber assists you in promoting your business through a variety of information displays, publications and networking events.

• Business cards and flyers are displayed at the Chamber
• Member-2-Member flyers are posted on this site and the listing distributed electronically, with a live link, in the Chamber and Tourism News (weekly)
• Grand openings and ribbon cuttings are coordinated and announced
• Member information is published in an online directory
  and a print directory (Images of Jacksonville)
• Many opportunities are provided for advertising in publications
• Networking activities and events are regularly available (ie: Business After hours, Business Expo, etc...)
