Mona Padrick
President
Mona has been at the Chamber since 1996 and has been President since 2001. Responsible for the cohesiveness of the Chamber, especially the connection between business and community, She works closely with the base and local government to enact change in our city and county, and works towards creating many initiatives and taskforces to better Onslow County. In addition, she has served on the Eastern Carolina Workforce Development Board of Directors as the Chairperson since 2009.

Million Heir-Williams
Vice President
Million oversees the areas of Membership, Military Affairs, Community Affairs, Marketing, and Reception. She coordinates the Small Business Committee and Minority Business Services, which includes quarterly Minority Business Roundtables
(MBRs) and Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Day.
The African-American Heritage Trail is a joint project with Onslow County Tourism to highlight the contributions of African-Americans in Onslow County and focus on local history, culture, leaders, and communities.

Theresa Carter
Director of Tourism
Theresa is responsible for management of financial and internal operations in the day-to day functioning of Onslow County Tourism. This includes planning, budgeting, administering, and evaluating all programs and activities in operation by Onslow County Tourism.
She reports directly to the President of the Chamber of Commerce, and with the President, serves as spokesperson for Onslow County Tourism.

Janet Bowen
Director of Operations & Governmental Affairs
Janet's duties include Operations and Governmental Affairs, finance, personnel, and internal operations related to the day-to-day functioning of the Commerce building. She performs accounting and reporting tasks associated with receipts and disbursements of funds, provides management and coordination for functions and programs pertaining to and associated with the Governmental Affairs Committee, Forum Onslow, and the Leadership Program.

Christina Fernandez
Membership Manager
Christina facilitates an understanding of Chamber membership benefits to both current and prospective members. She is responsible for the Ambassador's Club,
Business After Hours, Ribbon Cuttings and Open House events, as well as member retention and new member recruitment.Christina also organizes meetings of the Chamber's Board of Directors, as well as assisting the Chamber President as needed.

Amanda Kelly
Receptionist & Administrative Assistant
Amanda is the Chamber's front line for answering the phones and any questions from visitors to the Commerce Center. She is responsible for sending out Visitor Guides and Relocation Packets. She also organizes the Chamber's Board of Directors meetings and provides additional support to the President.

Stephanie Key
Tourism Assistant
Stephanie's duties include the Service Rewards program, coordinating visitor packages requests, website maintenance, and preparing TAC and Event & Festival Planner meetings. She assists the Tourism Director with seasonal and special projects as necessary, including the Arties and Tourism Week.

Alejandra Hawks
Special Events Manager
& Project CARE
Alejandra is responsible for organizing and conducting events like the Adult Team Spelling Bee, the Holiday Parade and the Business Expo. She manages participation at pre-deployment briefs on base to give Marines and spouses information on Project CARE.

Community Relations & Military Affairs Manager
Dawn is responsible for coordination of Workforce Advisory Committee. She provides management and coordination for all functions associated with Jacksonville•Onslow Chamber of Commerce programs pertaining to Military Affairs. She
also organizes Trades Day, the Education Golf Tournament, and the Annual Membership Celebration.

Christine Zimmerman
Marketing Manager
Christine is responsible for the Marketing efforts of the Chamber. She coordinates layout and oversees publication of the Chamber Connection newsletter and the Chamber e-Connection weekly emails. She maintains Member to Member flyers
and the website, and works closely with the rest of the staff to ensure continuity within promotional materials.
