PresidentLaurette is responsible for the cohesiveness of the Chamber, especially the business and community, she works closely with the base and local government to enact change in our city and county, and works towards creating many initiatives and task-forces to better Onslow County.
Tricia facilitates an understanding of Chamber membership benefits to both current and prospective members. She is responsible for the Ambassador’s Club, Business After Hours, Ribbon Cuttings, Open House events and the Engaged Onslow Bridal Expo as well as member retention and new member recruitment.
Donna is responsible for management of financial and internal operations in the day-to day functioning of Onslow County Tourism. This includes planning, budgeting, administering, and evaluating all programs and activities in operation by Onslow County Tourism. She reports to the Chamber President and serves with the Chamber President as spokespersons for Onslow County Tourism.
Director of Operations and Government AffairsJanet’s duties include Operations and Governmental Affairs, finance, personnel, and internal operations related to the day-to-day functioning of the Commerce building. She performs accounting and reporting tasks associated with receipts and disbursements of funds, provides management and coordination for functions and programs pertaining to and associated with the Governmental Affairs Committee, Forum Onslow, and the Leadership Program.
Business Services Manager
Caitlin’s duties include serving as administrator to the Workforce Development Committee and Small Business Committee. She also organizes Small Business Week, Engaged Onslow Bridal Expo and Trades Day. Caitlin also markets all of the Chamber’s Signature Events. email@example.com
Administrative Services ManagerMelissa is the facilities manager for the Commerce Center. She serves as administrator to the Board of Directors and the Onslow County Tourism Office and supervises the front desk staff.
Special Events ManagerSabrina is responsible for organizing and conducting the Chamber’s signature events: Annual Membership Meeting, Business Expo, Administrative Professionals’ Breakfast, Education Golf Tournament, Past Chairman’s Break-fast, Public Safety Awards and the Christmas Holiday Parade.
Military Affairs ManagerLisa provides professional management and coordination for all functions associated with Jacksonville•Onslow Chamber of Commerce programs pertaining to Military Affairs and Minority Business Services Committee. She also organizes the Engaged Onslow Bridal Expoand Minority Enterprise Development Week.
Commerce Center Coordinator
Sydney is the first face people see at the Commerce Center. She greets the Commerce Center visitors and customers, answers telephone calls, responds to e-mail requests, is responsible for meeting room set up and bookings as well as provides clerical assistance to the Chamber staff.
